Patient Responsibilities

Appointments and Booking

Appointment Policy

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
  • Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled depending on availability
  • Bring valid ID, medical aid card, and relevant medical documents

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Repeated no-shows may result in termination of service

Payment and Billing

Payment Terms:

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, card payments, and medical aid
  • Medical aid authorization is the patient's responsibility
  • Patients are responsible for co-payments and deductibles

Medical Aid Claims:

  • We assist with medical aid claims but cannot guarantee approval
  • Patients remain responsible for payment regardless of claim status
  • Disputed claims must be resolved between patient and medical aid

We are regulated by the Health Professions Council of South Africa and comply with all applicable healthcare legislation.
